This simple technique helps you to relax and quiet the body & mind. This is a great breathing technique to calm anxiety, quiet your mind, and for deep relaxation. It will help you to feel more grounded and at ease.
Since you'll be breathing from your nose, then I suggest having tissues nearby if needed.
